Air handling unit

MESINA Offers 2 types of Air Handling Units, mainly CABINET TYPE and SECTIONAL TYPE.

Cabinet type unit houses Fan-Motor drive, Cooling Coil, Filters, Drain pan in one compartment,openable from top and sides for Servicing.The Panels are insulated internally with Foam/ Thermocole insulation. The models are 112, 115, 118 and 212 and capacities from 2500 to 10,000 CFM for static pressure up to 2" wg.

In sectionalised type various sections available in horizontal or vertical air discharge.Casing is of heavy 16 gauge CRC steel sheets and angle iron frame work with bolt nut,gaskets for assembling at site as required. There are Fan sectiions,Coil sections, Damper section and Filter sections suitable for fixing Pre-filters and Micro Vee Filter as necessary. The Coil section has drain pan for removing condensate. The models are 118,215,218,315, 318 and 321 having capacity 6 lOOto 30,000CFM to run against pressure of 3 "wg. The casing Panels are externally painted Store Enamelling or Powder Coated type. In these unit motors are mounted externally.

Cooling coils are available in rows 4,6, 8 as per load conditions, capacity 5,7.5,10,15,20,3 0,3 5,50 and 60 T.R. For external dimensions and technical details to be given against specific requirements.

Each AHU is built into housing of Forward Curve Centrifugal Fan, DX or Water Cooling Coil, Drain Pan, Filter, Heating Coil, Fan Motor, V -Belt Drive, Foam Insulation / Double Skin Insulated Panels removable and accessories as required.
