An Air Handling Unit (or AHU) is a crucial part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning system and is used to condition and circulate air. The basic function of the AHU is to intake outside air, condition it and supply fresh air in a building. Depending on the required temperature, the fresh and conditioned air is either heated by a heating coil, or cooled by a cooling coil.
