Air Lock Damper

SINGHASINI Air Lock Dampers are used at the bottom of Bin’s , Silo’s or Feed Hoppers to discharge materials , which cannot pass through Rotary Air Lock Feeders / Valves , at a controlled rate . Airlock. They are also used to introduce materials into positive or negative conveying systems . Air Lock Damper consists of two damper plates which are actuated at a given phase through a spring loaded cam arrangement , which turns at a given RPM thus maintaining a uniform rate of material flow and provides an air seal . Material of construction is M.S. / SS316 / SS304 or any other as per the nature of product.
