Air Plug

We are offering air plug. Air plug-gauge consists of a cylindrical hardened steel body, hardchrome plated and precisely ground to provide the guide needed for the air jets positioning inside the bore. The nozzles through which the air is guided are recessed below the body diameter of the plug. This has a two fold function, one to protect the jets from damage by direct contact and secondly make the air gauge measurement essentially non-contact. The flow of air also has a self-cleaning effect on the gauging surface. The hard chrome provides excellent wear resistant property.
