Ceramic Multi Cyclone Dust Collector

• Description : Ceramic multi cyclone dust collector is the simplest yet efficient mechanical dust removal system. When the flue gas is entering the ceramic cylinder (collecting tube), the ceramic cylinder impart a smooth, fast spiral to the gas, setting up a highly centrifugal action with a minimum of turbulence and erosion. As the gas descends in a cyclonic pattern, the dust is forced by centrifugal action against the wall of the collecting tube and gravitates to the bottom where it is discharged. With the vast experience in manufacturing multi cyclone dust collector, we able to reduce the flue gas particles as low as 300-400mg/m3.

• Wet scrubber

Maxtwo wet scrubber system operates by introducing the flue gas stream with a scrubbing liquid which is water. Scrubbing liquid is sprinkled by specialized nozzle into the chamber. Particulate or gases dissolved in the scrubbing liquid when come into contact. The scrubbing liquid is then directed to a water treatment system before it is recycled back to the system.
