Main Parts of Auto Rivet Tools
The RIVETMACH Auto Rivet Tools consists of Rivets auto feeder system and Rivet gun assembly.
The Rivets auto feeder system includes Mechanical motion unit, Control unit, and Detection unit. The function of the Mechanical motion unit is to arrange the rivets from the disorderly state to the sequential separation and to convey the rivets to the rivet gun nozzles in a certain direction. The Control unit controls the various parts of the machine according to the parameter setting. The Detection unit is to detect whether the machine is running stably according to the setting program.
The Rivet gun assembly consists of Rivet gun, Rivets inserting mechanism, Signal input and output processor. The Rivet gun is common rivet gun which same as the one sold in every market, so it is very low cost and easy to replace if break down. Rivets inserting mechanism will be driven by the control unit, the rivet conveyed by the pipe is caught and loaded into the rivet gun nozzle. Signal input and output processor, as its name suggests, is the signal collection and output, the operation of the machine is controlled by it.
