Our company in collaboration with 'Felice Mandressi' of Italy manufactures and exports technologically updated air separation plants that perform in sync with the plants of international standard. Made with the Italian technology, experience, resources, design and premium quality raw materials, our outputs fulfill the expectation of our clients. We bring the air separation machines that generate oxygen and nitrogen from air via the process of compression, cooling, liquefaction and distillation of air. Our products offer upto 99.7% pure oxygen and upto 99.99% pure nitrogen.

We have an extensive lineup of plant capacities, ranging from 50 m/hour to over 5000 m/hour. The state-of-the-art production units are backbone of our organization, which manufacture plants and machinery. We also hold a well equipped R&D department that helps us forming significant design advances resulting in higher productivity and exceptional functioning. We also impart trainings on a frequent basis to enrich our personnel about all the latest technologies applicable in handling and operating the air separation plants.

Scope of supply of air separation system:

Our air separation plant comprises of the following equipments:

1. Air compressor

We offer latest Rotary Air Compressor - ATLAS COPCO. It comes up with a number of advantages, including:

2. Air purification unit

The air purification unit removes impurities available on the air, including dust, hydrocarbons. In addition, we also use 2 molecular sieve batteries to remove Carbon Di-Oxide via the process purification skid.

3. Air separation column (cold box)

A grade air separation column is employed to generate highly pure oxygen and nitrogen to fill in cylinders directly at pressure of 150 to 200 Bar.

We have started manufacturing of nitrogen & oxygen gas plants at our factory in New Delhi (India) and air separation columns in Genova, Italy.
