Air Slide

Aeration conveyors popularly known as air slide are capable of carrying pulverized raw material over long distance such as 100 mtrs away. These operate on the principal of fluidizing the base of raw materials layer by means of providing pressurized dry air through permeable synthetic cloth. These can carry materials on down side with a slope of 6-8owhen air @600 mm w.c. is provided at the bottom offabric.Air slides score over other forms of conveying in terms of easy mounting, low energy usage, zero routine maintenance etc. These are most suitable for cement plant, chemical plant, mineral processing industries etc.

We offer air slide for capacity as high as up to 800tph of dry powdery materials like coal dust,cement, bag filter dust, kiln dust etc. The sizes available are from lSOmm up to 840mm. We use high grade mild steel for construction a long with top quality air slide fa bricfor high efficiency. Generously sized top covers allow for effective venting of the air that filters through the material that is being conveyed and prevents the feed material from being entrained in the venting air.
