Air-Tech Pulveriser is specially designed to reprocess the rejects & to convert it into free flowing powders. It is suitable for rigid PVC Pipes, Profiles, Sheets & Injection Moulding rejects. The feed material should be pre grinded into 4-8mm size. The Pulveriser provides hammering & milling action between toothed rotary & fixed segments. The specially designed tooth is result of our constant R & D.

Features

The Main housing is fabricated out of Heavy Duty M.S Plates. The top circular half is made out of Special allow steel duly hardened & has fixed toothed shape from inside while bottom half is fitted with screen of suitable mesh. The housing has jacket all around of mild steel for cooling by circulation of chilled water to control the frictional heat generated during milling operation.
The rotor is made out of Alloy steel & is fitted with 16 Hammers . On the tip of the Hammers V Shaped Teeth Rack is fixed which is hardened for giving a long life.
Heavy duty Bearing Housing of Mild Steel with best quality high speed bearings & is water cooled for long trouble free service.
Heavy duty fame fabricated out of different M.S Sections to absorb all type of vibrations during operations.
Dosing Device for automatic feeding with AC Geared Motor & Variable frequency drive for uniform feeding.
