Air Vent

Air venting system plays an important role in plastic mould, especially in high speed injection. 1. Source of the air in the plastic injection mould 

• Air in gating system and mould cavity.
• Some raw materials are not dried absolutely. The air in it is gasified under high temperature.
• As the injection temperature is high, some gases are generated by the decomposition of some instable plastic.
• Some additives in raw material volatilize or occur chemical reaction, and then the gases were generated.
