Aircraft Cover

This turret punched Aluminum Aircraft cover was fabricated with our turret press, using our tool room expertise with tooling to short run fabricate these parts. The part shown above was turret pressed and brake press formed out of Aluminum 2024 T-0, and then heat-treated to meet the customer's specifications. A programmable CMM inspection process was also used to ensure quality. This aircraft cover is used in a pilot's cabin for surveillance aircraft.
