it is a kind of polymer emulsifier with low molecular weight,but high cationic charge.its using way is easy,no need to cook starch during akd emulsion production,which can reduce the quality difference because of starch cooking environment with akd wax melting.final akd particle size can be controlled below 1 micron.
The main application:
during akd wax melting,let akd emulsifier temperature to be about 70℃,then let the melted akd wax come into this emulsifier and do cutting ,the go to the homogenizer.
Packing & storage:
packing: 200kg pe drum or 1000kg ibc drum.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place, protecting from moisture. When loading and unloading, you should take care to prevent packaging and containers being damaged, avoiding leakage.
