The Calcium derived from Litahothamnion Calcareum sea- species gets calcified and are washed away upto the shore. It is this calcified remains that we use to extract the purest form of calcium powder.

The calcium derived from Chlorophyta Calcareum contains a decent amount of crude protein. The chlorophyll content available in the powder gets activated on contact with water there by turning into greyish-green colour.
