The filtered water can be measured with a PH or ORP meter and its redox (oxidation reduction potential) is + 400 to + 500 mV. Because it has a positive redox potential, it is apt to acquire electrons and oxidize other molecules. Reduced Ionized water, on the other hand, has a negative redox potential of approximately – 250 to – 800 mV. This means it has large macs of electrons ready to donate to electron thieving active oxygen. It is “Live-water”, similar in atomic structure to the water that the Hunzakuts drink directly from glacial streams in the high Himalayas.
