We are offering alloy steel round bars
1.delivery condition: hot-rolled, black surface
2. Chemical composition of 4340 steel round bar:
c: 0.38~0.43 si: 0.15~0.35 mn: 0.60~0.90 s: ≤ 0.040 p: ≤ 0.035 cr: 0.60~0.90 ni: 1.65~2.00 cu: ≤ 0.025 mo: 0.20~0.30
3. Process of steel round bar: eaf + lf + vd + forged + heat treatment (optional)
4. Delivery condition of steel round bar: eaf, black
5. Technical data: according to the customer's requirement of chemical composition, physical properties and mechanical testing
6. Test of steel round bar: ultrasonic test according to sep 1921-84 gr.3 class c/c.
7. Material details will be as per agreed technical specifications
8. Certificate of quality: issued in english, in addition the normal terms, production process, the mechanical property (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and hardness), forged ratio, ut test result, grain size, heat treatment methods and the sample of is shown on the certificate of quality.
9. Marking of steel round bar: heat no. Will be cold stamped and steel grade, diameter (mm), length (mm), and the manufacturer logo and weight (kg) is painted.
