• Electro-Magnetic clutch & Brake Enables Push-Button Control : Electro-Magnetic clutch & Brake Enables Push-Button Control of the press for easy, efficient & safe operation. Complete safety is ensured by full electrical interlocking
• Automatic Impression Counter : The impression counter allows an accurate check on the number of impression made by the press.
• Dwell Timing Device (Opening) : The timing device can be set to give a variable period from half to six seconds. During this time the moving platern remains stationery in open position before it resumes to motion at the end of set dwell period.
• Dwell Timing Device (Closing) : An additional timing device can be supplied to make moving platern stationery in closing position for set dwell period, this features is an optional feature and supplied only when the presses are supplied with heated platern for special jobs.
• Totally Enclosed : All moving parts i.e. main fly wheel, main gears etc are fully covered with strong sheet metal covers. An optional side arm guard can be supplied on request.
• Multiple Safety Bars : Operator's safety is fully ensured by multiple safety bars. The special feature is a wrap around safety bars. A slight touch to the bars stops the moving platern. Another safety is a lower safety bar, trip bar for moving is an optional feature.
• Dual Impression Adjustment : Quick & simple impression adjustment is made through two eccectric bushes & the amount of impression can be read off on a graduated scale. Worm gear system for impression adjustment is an optional feature.
