Aluminium Cap Sealing Machine

The machine is designed for ordinary and flip off vial cap sealing. Various size of vials from 2 ml to 60 ml can be managed in the same machine with the help of standard change parts with minimum change over time. Capping is done by vial rotation and single roller seals thus rotary and transitional motion of rotary head is not required. The mechanism involves only up and down motion of a rotary pressure pad and movement of a sealing roller while the vial is rotating.
