The parting surface of die is selected at the longitudinal maximum cross section. The side hole of die casting needs too long side core pulling distance, the bidirectional core pulling structure was selected, and the ring gate is used for the gating system, which avoids the metal liquid positive impact core. The filling cavity is more stable.
