Aluminium Circles

We manufacture Aluminium circles as per International Standards (AA) & Indian Standards (IS) or as per customer requirement. We can process bulk quantities , having an annual capacity of 6600 Metric Tonnes. We use primary ingots from NALCO for production of aluminium circles in all grades of IS19700 (AA1070), IS19500 (AA1050), IS19000 (AA11001200), IS40800 (AA8011) & IS31000 (AA3003AA3103), in all tempers of O, H12, H14, H16 & H18. Depending upon the end use, the circles are suitable for every application of Deep Drawing and Spinning for production of Cookware and Pressure Cookers. All types of surface treatments like Anodizing, Hard Anodizing, Non-Stick Coating can be done on the cooker cookware produces from circles. Our circles are of DDAQ Quality and can be used for the manufacturing of all types of kitchen utensils and domestic appliances.
We have a fully equipped Quality Control and R&D department where we test for chemical as well as for mechanical properties of the final product. A test certificate is provided for every batch at the time of dispatch.
