Aluminium Core Panel are known for the Top PVDF coated Aluminium skin and the bottom service coated bottom skin bonded on the core together with an adhesive.This thermosetting adhesive being processed in high temperature (about 150-200 °C), so there shall be neither adhesive failure for the bond between the core and the skin nor cohensive failure of the core itself.
