Infrastructure
Jagannath Aluminium Industries has state of art infrastructure which is spread in an area of 54,000 square feet.
The workshop plays an important role in Jagannath Aluminium Industries success. The machines are lined according to the production processes that help in increasing our production and cut costs; the benefit of which we pass on to our customers.
It also saves time and to help us meet our timescales. Our workshop ensures that nothing but the very best leaves the Company’s premises. Products are constantly developed using the machines available in the workshops. In our workshop we have every kind of machine or process available to develop new products according to your needs and requirements.

Processes
At Jagannath Aluminium Industries - we have an integrated manufacturing plant starting from raw material melting to final finished product. The machines and processes used are:-
MELTING OF RAW MATERIAL:-
The raw material is melted and is converted into a billet. Each billet has a Cast No. and is free from all defects.
REHEATING BILLETS:-
The billets formed are reheated in a furnace. The fireman ensures proper temperature control in furnace.
ROLLING MILL:-
These billets are rolled in HOT ROLLING MACHINE and later in COLD ROLLING MACHINE to provide us aluminium sheets in a preferred gauge. The quality control supervisor keeps a continuous watch to ensure rolling within laid down tolerances. The sheets drawn out of the Rolling Machines can be of long length so these sheets are cut into half using SHEARING MACHINE.
ALUMINIUM CIRCLE:-
After this process, the sheets are cut into Aluminium Circle using CIRCLE CUTTING MACHINE.
HEATING ALUMINIUM CIRCLE:-
After Aluminium Circle is cut, it is put back into heating furnace so that the circle becomes soft and doesn’t break in the further processes to come. It is again very important to ensure proper temperature control in furnace.
PRESSING PROCESS:-
The circle is cooled down and pressed into a desired shape in a DOUBLE ACTION DEEP DRAWING PRESS MACHINE. You can provide any kind of shape using a press machine with the help of different dyes. After pressing of aluminium circle, the edges or corners of aluminium utensils are cut to give them equal corners using CUTTER MACHINE.
POLISHING PROCESS:-
After that the product is sent to the “CHALAI” section to remove the upper layer of the aluminium utensil to give shine in the utensil. It can also be possible to not go through this process and ANODIZE the product as required by the customer.
WASHING PROCESS:-
The product is later washed properly and dried.
QUALITY CHECK:-
The products are constantly checked at every stage of the production for better quality assurance.
DISPATCH:-
Only quality assured products leave the company’s premises.
NOTE:- The processes mentioned above are for the manufacture of Aluminium Topes that are least performed to develop the finished product. More processes can come into effect depending on the requirement of the client.
