Abracut offers 3 different categories of Abrasive Belts for Wood Working Industry:
1) BX-63 - Belts with this bond are available in X & Y Weight and Poly/ Cotton Cloth backing. Width Range - 15mm to 1350mm. Grits - P36 to P600. These belts are mainly used for Stroke Sanding application.
2) BX-99 - Belts with this bond are available in Heavy Weight and Poly Cloth backing. Width Range - 15mm to 1350mm. Grits - P36 to P220. These belts are mainly used for Plywood Sanding application.
3) BX-72 - Belts with this bond are available in X Weight and Cotton Cloth backing. Width Range - 15mm to 1350mm. Grits - P60 to P120. These belts are mainly used for Plywood and MDF Sanding application.
These belts are specifically meant for use on Wood working applications. These belts are usable on drum sanders and conventional sanders.
Best suited for sanding on Plywood, Paticle Board, Wooden Furniture manufacturing
