Aluminium Volume Control Damper, Color : Natural Mill Finish

Extruded Aluminium Low Leakage Volume Control Damper with aero-foil opposed blades and nylon gears system outside air stream, with optional motorized actuator. Frame and blades are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity. Double skinned aerofoil blades are standard. Blades are coupled by toothed nylon gears which provides opposed blade operation. Gear operation system is located outside of air stream. Hand locking quadrant is provided with clear open/ close indication and three intermediate open positions (1/4 – 1/2 – 3/4). Optional: can be provided with a motorised actuator of any make. Gasket can be fixed in between blades for low leakage applications. Surface finish is natural mill finish as standard. Powder coating or anodizing can be done as per requirement. Frame size: 125mm depth and standard flange height of 40mm. Drive shaft: Electro-plated square rod of size 12mm x 12mm. Bushings: Self-lubricating nylon bushings.
