Aluminum Alloy Solution Quenching Furnace

Description：
Application:
Mainly used for quick-solution treatment of aluminum wheels, aluminium casting and all kinds of aluminum alloy standardized parts and components. When the constant temperature time is over, the workpieces’ converting time is within 10 seconds.
Feature:
1. Elevated structure, with heating element installed upper, thus convenient for installing and replacing;
2. With strong-circulating high voltage fan, high air-flow, and thus efficiency. The temperature accuracy is ±3~5℃;
3. Quenching transfer time can be adjusted at the range of 5~10s, no obvious swinging or shaking;
4. The furnace temperature is controlled by PID, which alarms when it is higher or lower than the limit temperature; also, it can be controlled by computer and be connected to other computers.
The aluminum alloy solution and quenching heat treatment furnace , whose working mode is periodic operating, is mainly apply to solution treatment for aluminium alloy castings, such as quick quenching and annealing treatment.
The workpiece is suspended in the furnace when being processed, thus with good thermal circulation and even temperature.
When heating and heat preservation time is over, the workpiece can be quickly put down to the quenching medium in the water tank from the furnace chamber.
