aluminum heating band can be widely used in plastic machinery, die, cable machinery, chemical, rubber, oil and other devices. Its using temperature generally between 150 ~ 450°c.

before placing an order,please provide the drawings or samples of product. If there's no drawings or samples, you can provide us the product specification, model, voltage, power,etc.
directions for use:
1.the working voltage shall be not more than 10% of the rating voltage.
2.the largest power that heater's surface can bear is 2.5-4.0wm².
3.the connection part is outside the heating layer and thermal insulation layer.the shell should be effective grounding.
4.aluminum heating band should be kept in a dry place.if long-term placement and the insulation resistance is lower than 1mω, bake it in a oven for about 5-6hours, then it will back to normal.
