B) Non driven pay off stand with tensioning brake .

C) Swift-type pay offCoil of steel is loaded on a turn table with adjustable segments suitably mounted vertically withheavy duty bearings on top and bottom. Turn table mounted on heavy duty bearings. Coil is loaded on a turn type table mounted with heavy duty bearings on top and bottom with adjustable rods. Inside diameter of the stand can be adjusted with handle provided on top; for holding the coil tightly. Base diameter will be as per max outside dia of coil.

Tensioning : by disc brake with Air pressure regulator / caliper type disc brake

Brake : Disc brake operated by solenoid valve

Horizontal Pay off stand is available for Strip .

D) Flier type Pay off.

The wire will be unwound from the bobbin kept vertically on the floor using flier to winding machine.

Tensioning brake : Adjustable by felt.
