steel and wrought Iron. Hms 2 contains galvanized and blackened steel
whereas hms 1 contains clean iron and steel. Hms1 and hms2 is usually
the preferred scrap used in the production of steel because scrap cools
the enormous quantity of heat produced during recycling steel. Also, use
of scrap reduces the total cost of producing steel. Scrap differs in
regard to the content of iron and of some tramp elements. Hms 1&2
