Technical Guidelines
Temperature Resistance: Aluminum and its epoxy coating has been successfully injection molded at melt temperatures of 230 C. The time /temperature relationship is in effect. In addition, degree of abrasive mixing could produce undesirable effects. Customers must test prior to processing.
Chemical Resistance: Aluminum and its epoxy coating are resistant to water, alcohol, MEK, Acetone and Toluene. For lengthy immersion process's manufacturers are requested to test in laboratory conditions prior to processing.
