Properties and Features
Amino Modified Silicone Fluid RJ-8015 is synthesized with advanced raw material by advanced ternary polymerization technology with different chemical structure and double modified functional group.
·It is a kind of self-emulsifying product. It's stable and can be used to deal with polyester, cotton, acrylic,wool ,linen and other blend fabric, endowing the fabric with the effect of soft, smooth, improving elasticity and washability. It is especially suitable for woven, knitted fabrics, velvet fabrics and hosiery fabric.
·Film can be formed at low temperature.
·It is of super smooth and effects of soft and elasticity are good.
·It can be self-emulsified, dissolved with water directly, emulsifying agent is not needed.
·Steady performance, no demulsification, no floating oil, no silicon spots.
Applications
It is a high enrichment product, should be diluted before use. It is a kind of self-emulsifying product, dilute the product with 6- to 10- fold of water directly, adjust the PH to 5-6.
Specific method of use is showed as follows:
1.Continuous process: dosage 20-40g/L, on dipping one padding or one dipping twice padding.
2.Exhaustion process: dosage 3-5%, keep for 15-30 minutes at 30-50°C water, then dewater and drying.
Specific dilution ratio depends on different fabric, thickness and the requirement for handfeel. The optimum dose and using method is determined by trial.
Package & Storage:
1.Be packed in 50KG plastic drum or other packing on request.
2.Be stored in the temperature of 0-38 °C.
3.Keep in a cool and dry place.
