Amla pickle has a long-lasting flavor that is both spicy and tangy, thanks to the use of a variety of spices and seeds ranging from fennel and fenugreek seeds to chili powder and asafoetida.
To enhance the taste and aroma of Indian gooseberry pickle, ground fennel and fennel are added to it. Use of mustard oil also gives a wonderful taste to Amla pickle.
Ingredient : Amla, Mustard oil, iodized salt, tamarind paste (Tamarind Water), garlic, lime juice, chilli powder, mixed spices, mustard seeds, dry chillies
Storage Instruction: Retain mustard oil layer at top till the contents are over for long life. Use clean & Dry spoon only. Store in cool, dry and hygienic place
