Angle Cutting Machine

We offer manual angle cutting press (tool), which is a universal solution for production of facade cassettes of open and close types, of metal furniture and of advertising constructions. Press is completed with a cutting die for cutting of figure angles with a size up to 150*100 mm on a sheet metal 0,3-1,5 mm thick.
Important peculiarity of the press is, that a cutting die can be produced according to customer's technical drawings. This means a possibility to cut an angle of such a form which is needed, while the most part of presses at the market cut only straight angle.
Table manual press is most reliably fixed on the working table with the help of four screws. Special stoppers are set for a given size of angle, so that all the angles are of the same size. Set the work piece, turn handle (force а less than 8 kg is enough for cutting), and cut the necessary part with a punch. The angle is perfectly straight, without barbs.
