Contact SupplierThe brick lining of this furnace is totally made of high alumina refractory fiber. Compared with refractory brick, its coefficient of heat conductivity and thermal capacity are relatively small, so the thickness of refractory layer is small and its heat absorption function is greatly reduced. The high-speed temperature-adjustment burner system is used with great ejecting speed reaching 100ms, which can significantly stir the furnace gas to make the furnace inside temperature uniform and the burner system is fully burned to make full use of fuel. The furnace pressure zero control and full-sealing technologies are applied and the maximum joint surface is under zero position furnace pressure, with no furnace gas leaking outwards or cool air permeating inwards, so that the heat of combustion can be effectively used. Combustion system has a full range of functions from ignition, big or small fire operation, test, alarming for flameout, shut-off for flameout and re-ignition, and each burner has a separate control box and can be controlled separately. Every control box is connected to temperature-controller, thus the whole set of system is controlled automatically.
The parameters of pipeline are automatically controlled. Combustion-supporting air and fuel pipeline pressure can be set and automatically adjustable to make combustion air and fuel ratio optimum, ensuring a relatively high combustion efficiency and elimination of black smoke, up to the national environmental discharge standards.
The furnace pressure is automatically controlled. Compare furnace inside pressure signal with the set value through pressure transmitter, and send the signal to actuator of chimney, and automatically control the inside pressure of the furnace chamber by changing the openness degree of the chimney.
