this series high temperature mesh belt furnace uses ammonia decomposition gas as shielding gas, suitable for mass production, heat treatment and brazing, sintering and so on.
scope of application:
1, martensite stainless steel hardware tools (or equipment), medical apparatus and instruments, measuring tool quenching;
2, martensitic steel and bainitic steel machinery, instrument parts quenching;
3, high chromium tool steel, high-speed tool steel, quenching substrate steel
4, carbide tools, and other assembly brazing;
5, austenitic stainless steel and precipitation hardening, high temperature alloy steel, heat-resistant steel parts of solid solution treatment;
6, sintering of powder metallurgy parts.
note: in the process of heating and cooling, users also can choose according to need other types of protective atmosphere.
