Our service facilities are qualified engineers. Care is taken at each and every stage, best raw material selection or functional testing of machines, to ensure a ZERO defect delivery to the customer. Hearby we wish to submit our lowest Annual Maintenance Contract offer for our Company Makes (ISEother make (excluding, hydraulic Machines) Cutting, Bending, Ring & Monkey Crane, other Machinery in our Company. The Detailed scope of work and Team & Conditions of the Contract are as given below:- TERMS & CONDITIONS :- � Rate of contract for each machine Rs- 200- Per Day Per Machine. � Payment 100% in advance while singing the AMC Agreement. � Total number of Machine considered in minimum 10 Machines in your site. Whenever machines quantity is more than 20 Machines at your site we will negotiate our rate. � AMC include cost af all spare, which are required to be fitted for repairs and these spares shall be charged separately. � Standby facility. � Pickup & Drop facility. � Exchange facility also include in AMC. � We have been provided a Service with Spare Parts at you site. The AMC is valid for the agreed equipment only and does not include any repairs of structure (Machines Body) and machining work. � AMC facility is available for Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Hapur, Mujaffarnagar, Gurgaon, Sonipat, Panipat, Faridabad, Palwal and other areas. � Our Service Engineer shall visit in every 24 Working hours at your site for routine checkup. � The Service Engineer shall work any time between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Necessary assistance for service engineer will be provided by the customer. � The equipment will be made available to the service Engineer for performing the contracted work on the appointed agreed day.
