Anthotyro Cheese is a whey milk product resulting from the production process of feta cheese, and enhanced with fresh sheep and goat milk. It is a low fat dietary product of low salinity. It is traditionally used as a filling in Greek pies, while it can also be combined with fruits such as figs, pears and apples for a delicious taste. Weight: 1kg.
