We are offering Anti-ageing Masterbatch.
※Appearance: 3 * 4 mm yellowish white cylindrical or round granular shape
※Ingredients: general carrier + additives (Antioxidants and light stabilizers)
※Feature: Meets ROSH Standard; effective UV light absorption and reflection, targeted at outdoor PP,PE and other plastic products, greatly suppress the break-down process of plastic products used outdoor, significantly improve outdoor plastic endurability, esp. Reflected in the following:
â‘ can effectively suppress decomposition of polyolefin plastic by thermal decomposition of the oxidation;
â‘¡can effectively suppress decomposition of polyolefin plastic caused by irradiation by UV;
â‘¢plastic products produced with 4% of anti-aging masterbatch, and without the use of filler, can be used more than a year and a half.
※Application: PP,PE blowing film, injection and extrution, etc.
※Recommended dosage: 2%~4%(special process should be tested first)
※Storage: store in a dry, cool environment, sealed with packaging when not used to prevent contamination and avoid sunlight, moisture. Fasten the remaining material with a rope.
