A new formulation Madhuwin Syrup is formulated and clinical trials have been made on 120 patients, with 20ml dose twice daily. A marked benefit was observed in decreasing the Blood Sugar level in almost all the patients without any side effect or adverse effect.
The RBS and FBS were markedly decreased by 68.82% and 73.64% respectively in the clinical trial. The complaints like frequency of Micturition (64.31%), Appetite (57.63%), Burning Sensation (76.62%), Peripheral Neuritis (80.72%), Debility (67.63%) and lethargy (71.14%) were relieved with marked gradation by consuming the Madhuwin Syrup. The studies have shown that Madhuwin can be used as an effective remedy against Diabetes Mellitus.

Madhuwin contains Morinda, Salacia chinersis, Pterocarpus marsupium, Eugenia Jambolina, Tinospora cordifolia and Gymnema sylvestris Extracts; all of these ingredients have proven anti-Diabetes properties.
