Anti-fire Sound Insulation Board, Thickness : 16mm

1: Fireproofinsulation board ceiling installation method:

a)Cleaning the ceiling, install ceiling damping hook, two piece per square metre, (ceiling hook end connects to light steel keel (as ceiling need bear heavy objects, considering the safety, generally use light steel keel, as light steel keel better than wooden keel, on bearing weight), interval 600 mm distance between the keel, (keel contact with the walls around the place, in private with sound insulation blanket, avoid rigid connection).

b) filling in fiber cotton in keel.

c)Seal the deadening felt, then seal one damping layer on the sound insulation board, deadening felt between the sound insulation board and use all-purpose adhesive glue first, sound insulation blanket left it a little longer than soundboard for connection, final step, put screws by airgun to fix the damping felt and sound insulation board on keel.

d)Use the special building glue to seal the gap between sound insulation board, sound insulation board and ceiling.

2: Wall installation method:

a)Clean up the wall,installation of wooden keel, interval 600mm distance between keels, (keel inside wrapped a layer of sound insulation blanket, avoid rigid connection)

b) filling in fiber cotton in keel.

c)paste a deadening felt, and then seal the fireproof insulation layer damping plate (seal sound insulation blanket and sound insulation board by all-purpose glue.

Sound insulation blanket left it little longer than the sound board, final step, put screws by airgun to fix the damping felt and sound insulation board on keel
