features:- 1. The flashboard has two sealing faces. The most commonly used flashboard has a wedge formed by two sealing faces. The wedge angle varies with valve parameters, usually 5°. 2. The sealing principle of a wedge gate valve is to seal through close connection of the wedging of two sealing faces of flashboard and two sealing faces of the valve body. 3. Wedge gate valves can be divided into outside stem gate valves (rising stem gate valves) and inside stem gate valves (revolving stem gate valves) according to different opening and closing modes of flashboard driven by the valve stem. 4. Valve body and valve cover may be connected by bolts or pressure self-tight sealing.
