This series have two kinds of classification: inserted bit and steel tooth.
Inserted bit is inserted teeth jet bit with sealed journal of oil bearing. Adopting the optimized design, the teeth placement of cone is reasonable, the tooth shape and height are designed differently in accordance with various kinds of rock forma-tions, and gage protection is better. The bear system which is adopted copper inlaid and silver plating improve the loading capacity and seizure resistance, and prolong the bit working life. This product is widely used for oil and natural gas field�s drilling and geological exploitation. Using this product, user can gain high drilling efficiency.
Steel tooth bit is tri-cone bit with roller bearing for oil well drilling. The tooth surface is welded and applied with tungsten carbide powder coat. The bearing system is suitable for high rotary rate. Drilling in the adaptable rock formation, the bit can obtain high PRM, long working life, reliably working.
All of the drilling bits are designed and manufactured strictly according to API-7-1 Spec Standard.
