self alogning type welding rotator:
self aligning rotators are fabricated from heavy steel plate & section strongly welded. the pivot shaft housing and the bearing housings in the swivel bracket are accurately machined in one setting roller bearings housed in swivel bracket.
all the wheels in the drive unit are poditively driven by a train of duplex chain or spur gears. the outer wheels in the swivel bracket in drive unit are fitted with clutch having clutch liner to avoid any breakage during loading and unloading of job on rotators.
the swivel brackets adjust itself according to the diameter of the vessel.
all the wheels automatically get adjusted for all job diameters.
center axis of job remain stable for all job diameters.
suitable for thin walled shells.
