Apron Conveyors

Apron conveyors are specially designed for handing bulky and high temperature castings.Apron conveyors are fabricated with heavy steel sections. Casting carrying pan plates are mounted on the special chain arrangements and it is subjected to run on the stringer arrangement by drive system. The drive system is composed of standard reduction gear box and motor. Both ends of the conveyor is provided with heavy sprocket arrangement as drive and driven unit. Belt tensioning units are provided and it is designed based on the length of the conveyors.
