I. Product introduction
fb-wfplwfpm chain plate weigh feeder is a new generation of equipment based on the fb-wfml belt weigh feeder for proportioning process. It is used for weighing and dosing the material with abrasiveness, high moisture, high pressure or high temperature, such as limestone, shale, iron stone which is easy to wear belt, high moisture clay, iron powder and high temperature clinker, hydrated lime etc. It can solve the problems such as poor carrying capacity, conveying difficulty, belt slipping for heavy load and save a lot cost for changing belt frequently. Frame
using high quality steel, once - molded.
Weighing device
load directly acts on load cells through multi rollers and double sensors reduce error during force transmission. So that to improve the weighing accuracy and become more reliable.
Drive device
hollow shaft connects with the head pulley directly, easy to assembly and disassembly. Speed can be adjusted, running stably and reliably without noisy. Heat radiator can be chosen when it runs in low speed.
Head and tail pulley
the pulleys are held by self-aligning ball bearing, the active pulley is covered by rubber in case of overload slipping. The passive pulley is easy to tighten.
Automatic tighten device and anti-deviation device
keep the chain plate tension constantly and moderately. During running, it can adjust the chain plate automatically in case of belt deviation affecting the weighing accuracy.â 
inner and outer sweeping device
wear-resistant roller brush can sweep the residual on the chain plate effectively, keeping the measurement parameters stable and improving the accuracy. Inner sweeper cleans the passive pulley, inclusion and residual material on the inner surface of belt, which prolong the service life.
