ARAMIS Transanal Rectoscopic Assisted Minimally Invasive Surgery TAMIS

ARAMIS is a disposable surgical instrument dedicated to the minimally invasive transanal surgery of rectal diseases such as polyps, T1 rectum tumours, anastomosis stenosis and complex fistula. The device consists of:

• A rectoscope with fixing ring and flute beak distal cut at 45°, which facilitates positioning toward the lesion seat, allowing greater visibility and protection of the wall and of the finding. The characteristic aspect of this rectoscope is its operative length, variable on 3 levels of depth (5-7 cm, 7-9 cm, 9-11 cm), that allows to intervene in total safety and with excellent visibility of the operative field up to the upper third of the rectum.
• Multi-access port (4 channels + insufflation + fume extraction) particularly useful in interventions with the standard laparoscopic instrumentation available in every operating room.
