ARC METAL SPRAY SYSTEM
It Consists Of :

ARC SPRAY GUN MODEL IMC-95 : This Metal Spray System does not require gases like Oxygen, Acetylene/LPG. It require electrical power and compressed air for metal spray. The metal spray production will be high at lower operating and maintenance cost. The Deposited Coating is more dense and fine.
The Power Source : It is a DC current rectifier working on a 3-Phase, 380/415/440V, 50/60 Hertz power supply providing a voltage between 18 to 50 volts.
The Control Unit : It is normally mounted above the power source and carries the regulators and pressure gauges for the air supply to the spraying gun. One remote control is for stop the operation by operator is attached with control unit by cable.
The Twin Wire Spool Stand : The two wires for the two electrodes for the arc are supplied from two insulated wire spools mounted on a stand.
Gun Stand : It is for mounting and positioning of Gun in any direction.
