ARC Welder

Air Cooled Deluxe Arc Welding sets are specially designed to meet with the requirements of heaviest type of structural & fabrications jobs, where low hydrogen & special electrodes are recommended for positive results. 
It can be used for Boilers, Pipe line, over - head welding or where deep penetration of welding is required. These machines are also used as power source for STRESS RELEIVING, Argon Gas Shielded Arc welding Tungston electrode ( TIG ) for the welding of Aluminium & Aluminium Alloy. 

» Construction
The set consists of heavily copper wound Transformer fitted on heavy steel frame covered with ventilated M.S Sheets mounted on rubber wheels are swivelling type for easy portability. The current is controlled by air gap between primary & Secondary coils by means of magnetic shunt.
