Protection

The preformed armor rods are used for protecting conductor from damages subjected to vibration, clamp stress, friction, electric arc & other external influence.

The preformed armor rods & short preformed armor rods are of simple structure in which each set of armor rods look like hollow tube,used for protecting the conductor wrapped up through forming holding strength.

Material

These products are made from aluminium alloy.

Note

Lay direction of the armor rod must be the same as that of the outer stranding of the conductor to which it is applied.
