We offer to our clients Armouring cum core laying machine / Rigid Stranding Machine (Tubular Stranding) and all Wire and Cable making machines that are designed with heavy carriage construction to bear full strand torque of copper & steel wire stranding in Armouring. Armouring cum core laying machine / Rigid Stranding Machine (Tubular Stranding) and all Wire and Cable making machines are provided with under rollers with double ball bearings with each carriage, main hallow shaft supported. The Armouring cum core laying machine / Rigid Stranding Machine (Tubular Stranding) and all Wire and Cable making machines have self aligned spherical roller bearings on ends, fine locking and tension device that provide on cradle pintle. All guide rollers are made using carbon steel where wire runs through heavy gear transmission system with different speeds to get different lays of wires in stranding & 1+6 tubular stranding Laying operations. We provide a well alignedArmouring cum core laying machine / Rigid Stranding Machine (Tubular Stranding) and all Wire and Cable making machines on high RPM's torque load resulting bulk production and trouble free operations.
