TPR Compound is a suitable raw material to replace PVC and natural rubber in various applications because it has low toxicity potential, is recyclable and offers a good compatibility with different plastics, fillers, and special additives in Footwear applications. TPR provides a variety of advantages. It is anti-skid, excellent wear resistance, light weight, easy processability and color stability.

The properties of this material are closely relevant to vulcanized rubbers. This material can be molded using standard thermoplastic process equipment. Thermoplastic Processing gives beneficial advantages over vulcanized, thermoset rubbers which are comparatively slower and more expensive process oriented. Our TPR formulations are 100% recyclable and also are RoHS compliant.
