    UCOMAX ASME Sec V Pipe Calibration Blocks are specially engineered to support phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) on pipelines of various sizes and specifications. These blocks are carefully designed with practical modifications to the traditional ASME layout to help minimize unwanted back-wall noise and deliver more reliable DAC/TCG calibrations with PAUT equipment. Each block includes extra axial and arc length, a smart rearranged notch layout, and for pipes larger than 5 NPS, a 10° angled cut on one end to further reduce noise interference during inspection.

     

    Standards: Fully compliant with ASME Section V, Article 4, Figure T-434.3

    Custom-Made: Machined from same nominal pipe size, schedule, and material spec as your project

    Optimized Design: Extra axial length, practical notch layout, and angle cut for clearer PAUT calibration
